Ségolène Royal to meet African Presidents

Ségolène Royal, Minister of Environment, Energy and Maritime Affairs and President of the COP21 visited Africa from 23 to 28 February.
Segolene Royal met President or Prime Minister of Egypt, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Guinea and Senegal to:
- encourage the deployment of renewable energies with the aim of increasing capacity the continent of 10 GW by 2020 and 300 GW by 2030,
- to advance the project of the Great Green Wall - a green belt across Africa from east to west,
- mobilize the authorities for the signing of 22 April.
