RAFP is increasing the point value for 2026

At its meeting on December 16, 2025, the ERAFP Board of Directors increased pensions under le Régime Additionnel de la Fonction Publique (RAFP) by 1.4% for 2026—an increase exceeding the inflation rate by 0.4 percentage points.
The service value of the point is thus set at €0.05671, and the acquisition value at €1.45960.
The parameters adopted for 2026:
